HIGHLIGHTS

Developed and delivered the Lean Manager program, successfully upskilling hundreds of leadership employees and training PDO coaches as trainers to continue the initiative internally. Trained and accredited 6 staff to become Senior Lean Coaches.

Led and delivered 7 six sigma DMAIC-R project delivering more than $10M in savings and a measurable improvement in customer satisfaction. Co-developed and piloted the MDCOV business design for six sigma process. The pilot delivered a cost avoidance of $30M. Trained and coached six sigma green belt waves.

Delivered three rounds of Training Within Industry: Job Instruction.

Worked alongside the Corporate operational excellence team to rejuvenate the global Lean program whilst delivering circa 80 continuous improvement projects across multiple sites.

Conducted in-depth analysis of clients site including VSM identifying 30% cost savings while accommodating 15% YoY growth. To give the client ownership going forward I delivered the full suite of Lean tools to empower the employees as problem solvers.

Responsible for project management of moving the client’s facility from Aneby, Sweden to Sosnowiec, Poland. Specifically focusing on new factory build, asset transition, lean manufacturing, and maintenance.

Conducted real time gap analysis to recognize and act on the six losses and develop Technical Operators’ problem-solving skills. Lean centers of excellence were developed in stores and the supply chain reducing inventory and raw materials lead time.
